The 2009 "Free 4 All Film and Animation Fest" is the initiative of the Fairfax Academy's Professional Graphics Studio and in conjunction with MHz Network “National Shortie Awards” to sponsor a FCPS community-wide high school student film and animation festival. The idea was to have a venue for local student filmmakers and animators to see and share the work of others.
